Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt to be exchanged for a different hat or for a refund. The hat must be unused with it's original labels still attached.
Please complete the Return/Exchange form which came with your hat and ensure that you enclose it with your parcel. This will provide us with all the necessary information in case we need to contact you with any queries.
All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the hat is found to be faulty. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel or better still send the parcel recorded delivery.
If a refund is requested we will process your return immediately we receive the hat. Any refunds will be returned to you by the original method of payment. For example, refunds in respect of credit card transactions will be made by the credit card company.
If an exchange is requested for a hat of a different price, then we will refund the price difference between your hat and a cheaper one, or will require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive hat.
We ship exchanged hats back to you for free within the UK. International customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
