We thought that it would be useful to answer frequently asked questions, to help you in your purchase decision making

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do. We ship all over the world. Please look at our Delivery page for further details, on costs and timings. You can also read our Blog on International Delivery

 

How can I clean my hat?

We recommend using a clean damp cloth and very carefully wiping any dirt away. DO NOT put your hat in the washing machine!

 

Can I re wax my hat?

Any of our waxed hats can be re waxed using any proprietary wax re-proofer.

 

How do I dry my hat?

Do not place on a radiator. You should always allow your hat to dry naturally on a clean and flat surface in a warm place.

 

I have a small head, which hats would you recommend?

Most of our hats have an inner elastic which can be adjusted to fit the size of your head. So if you have a small head the elastic can easily be pulled tighter to give you a perfect fit. If you go to the Woman's page on our website and under the filter 'Styles & Brand', select 'Adjustable Sizing' then all of our hats with adjustable sizing will be shown.

 

I have a large head. Which hats would you recommend? 

For ladies with a larger head or a lot of hair, the following hats have worked:

Hunter -  a large hat but has an inner elastic that can be tightened if needs be

Jules -  a large hat but has an inner elastic that can be tightened if needs be

Wax Explorer and Wax Spey hats - XL (have a 61 cm inner circumference)

Is it real fur on Beth?

NO it is faux fur.

 

Are all of your hats British made?

We are delighted to say that all of our hats are made by some very talented British milliners. Take a look at our Blog page to read all about them. 

 

Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely, we are more than happy to take your order over the phone. Please call us on + 44 7931 528466. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm  

 

Do you have a shop?

No, we are an online business. However, we do go to shows, so follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to see where we'll be.

 

How will my hat be sent?

Your hat will be beautifully wrapped in red, white and blue tissue paper and placed in an eye catching Union Jack design large envelope (waterproof of course!) As all of our hats are crushable they will bounce back into shape as soon as they are unwrapped. If you are buying a hat as a gift you can rest assured that your gift will be exquisitely wrapped.

 

Can I return my hat if it is not right?

Yes no problem, just as long as it has not been worn and the labels have been kept. Just complete the 'Return & Exchange' form and we will refund you as soon as we receive your hat. We would advise that you send any returns by recorded delivery. For further information on returning or exchanging a hat, please read our 'Return & Exchange' page.

 

 

I am organising an outdoor event, can you hold off the rain for us please?!

As much as we would love to, no we can't! But a stylish rain hat will save the day!!!!!
