Can we post our rain hats overseas?

The answer is absolutely YES!

We get asked a lot as to whether or not we send our hats overseas, hence why I thought it would be a good idea to write a quick blog highlighting our international delivery service. We are delighted to say that we have customers from all over the world and the numbers are increasing.

When orders come through from overseas we can usually tell where it is raining! As well as sending hats to big cities we have also discovered the names of small towns and villages all over the world, which has increased our geographical knowledge!

We have built a bit of a rapport with some of our overseas customers who have come back to buy more hats; 'Made in Britain' has a huge appeal we are told. We have one customer in the USA who is a crematorium manager at a cemetery in New York. She bought a couple of hats, one of them being Jules, the red Union Jack design hat. It makes us smile thinking of her wandering around the cemetery in the most cheerful and loud rain hat we have.  Hopefully it will make visitors to the cemetery smile and lighten the mood a touch.

Postage Costs

Once we have received your order we will dispatch your parcel within 48 hours. As we want to guarantee the safe delivery of your order we will always send it 'tracked and signed for'. Once your order has been sent you will get a confirmation email with the tracking number so that you can track your parcel. Initially the parcel is sent via Royal Mail and then it will be in the hands of your national postal service. The prices are as follows:

Europe -  tracked & signed for - £8

Rest of the world - tracked & signed for - £12

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your hat and we will refund you the price of the hat.

How Will My Rain Hat Be Sent?

With tender loving care!

We take pride in wrapping each hat in red, white and blue tissue paper and then putting it in an eye catching, colourful and artistic version of the Union Jack envelope.

All of our rain hats are crushable and packable which is great in terms of delivery (no cumbersome hat boxes.) It is also fantastic for you as it means that you can take your hat anywhere on your travels, shove it in a suitcase knowing that it will reshapen in an instant as soon as you need it.
